It is very difficult to judge the semi-finalist of the championship right now, Let’s see the favorites to play the Semi-Finals.

1. India

There is no doubt that India will qualify in the World Cup 2019 Semi-Finals as they are one of the favorites to win the World Cup. Batting has always been the strength for Team India but however this time they have the best bowlers of the lot who are able to win the World Cup. India is currently in stupendous form and last year they have beaten South Africa, Australia, and New Zealand on their home grounds which makes them one of the top contenders for this World Cup. The team is currently on the 2nd position in ICC ODI rankings. With the experience of M.S Dhoni, the aggression of Virat, Cool headed in form openers Rohit Sharma with lots of records in his pocket and on the other hand we have Shikhar Dhawan who is also in very good form recently. India has the quality pacers and spinners but most importantly they have Jasprit Bumrah with his golden arm who will lead the bowling attack. This team is capable of doing any miracle on the Cricket field. So undoubtedly India will advance to the Semifinals of the World Cup.

2. England

England, one of the most dominant team from the past 2 years already stands on the top of ICC one day rankings table are probably the finalist of World Cup 2019 according to their current form. Each and every player in the team is performing very well for the team. They already have an extra advantage to get to play in the home condition with a lot of support from the crowd also. The main strength of the team lies in their batting as almost every player including their bowlers can hit the ball very well, but after Mark wood declared fit and inclusion of him with Jofra Archer in the squad make their bowling line-up very much dangerous and a threat to every other team. They have the most settled team of the tournament with their openers Jason Roy and Johny Bairstow with their captain Eoin Morgan performing consistently for the team and don’t forget the most dangerous Jos Butler who can hit the ball anywhere in the ground to every world class bowler. So England surely is the Semi-Finalist in the World Cup.

  1. South Africa

South Africa is one of the greatest teams in history but they had never won a World Cup but this time they might change history. They have one of the best and balanced sides in the tournament. South Africa have the most experienced squad with players like Hashim Amla playing for almost a decade, Quinton de Kock, Imran Tahir and their captain Faf Du Plessis. But the X factor in the team will be young Kagiso Rabada with his venomous bowling attack which can damage any batsman in the world. The team will be somewhere dependant on him to take wickets from the start. But the team will definitely miss their best player AB De Villiers, a legend also known as Mr.360.

    4. New Zealand

New Zealand is one of the best teams in the World cricket currently, led by Kane Williamson. The Blackcaps just missed holding the trophy last time when they lost against Australia in the finals of World Cup. Since the retirements of Brendon Macculum and Daniel vettori, Williamson has led the team very well. If New Zealand has to clear the league stage then this young side has to perform consistently. They have some of the best hard hitters on their side, Colin Munro and Martin Guptil can fail all the bowling plans for the opposite teams and they also have some quality bowlers. so they have a high percentage chance to reach to the Semifinals of the World Cup.
