MS Dhoni will not be part of the travelling party whilst Jasprit Bumrah has been rested ahead of the Test series and Hardik Pandya will not feature at all as he receives a prolonged period of rest.

 For batting, top 3 of the Indian line-up will be very important. Indian team looks quite balance with the inclusion of quality all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja and Kurnal Pandya and will be in playing xi definitely. Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Navdeep Saini will lead the bowling attack for the team.
